Itinerary
Here is the schedule for this course:
May 20, 2024 - Depart Nashville to England
May 21 to May 24, 2024 - Oxford
- Learn about the University of Oxford. Visit the Oxford University Museum of the History of Science, the Museum of Natural History, the Ashmolean Museum, take part in a Printing Workshop, visit a medieval library, and view First Editiion books from Newton, Copernicus, and others.

May 25 to May 27, 2024 - London
- Delve into London from its Roman foundation to the era of modern science. Experience St. Paul's Cathedral, the British Museum, and the Roman history of London. Study the history of timekeeping and navigation at Greenwich Observatory.

May 28 to May 20, 2024 - Salisbury

- Learn about the astronomy and scholarship in the medieval church. Visit Stonehenge, Avebury, and West Kennett Long Barrow to learn about how neolithic people viewed the sky.
May 31-June 1, 2024 - Bath

- Explore the Roman Baths and visit the home of William Herschel, the discoverer of the planet Uranus.
June 2, 2024 - Return to Nashville - or stay a few extra days in England.
